Christi Williams

Welcome to my webpage! I teach sixth-grade Geography with the Gold team. This is my 22nd year at C.R.A., and I truly love teaching this age group. I am a Helena native and I enjoy traveling, quilting, singing and reading.

I’m looking forward to getting to know this year’s students and helping them navigate through their own adventures and challenges as they grow in their social studies skills.

Please access my weekly agenda below to get an overview of this week’s activities. All of my daily lesson plans are in Teams, so you can access them and read the details through your child’s Teams links in Clever online. If you need assistance with that, please let me know.

6th Grade Geography

This class focuses on the geography, history and culture of the Western Hemisphere region. We will begin with the Foundations of Geography, including map skills, to start the year. Then we will focus on the geography, culture, and history of Canada and the United States. Later we will focus on the Caribbean, Mexico, Central America and South America.

Most of the year we will use the text and questions shown in their TCI Subscription. You can find this app by clicking on my teacher page in Clever, or scroll down to the Middle School Resources area in Clever and click on the purple and white TCI icon.
