Welcome to Junior English!
We will be using TEAMS as our main remote platform. Please check your English Class on TEAMS daily for missed work due to absences.
Students will need a composition book or a subject notebook (exclusive for English – not shared with other subjects).
Junior English Novels: The Crucible, Of Mice and Men, The Great Gatsby, The Things They Carried, and Hotel on the Corner of Bitter and Sweet. We will read together (or listen to the audio version). Students will work on using textual evidence to support topics and themes. Our focus will be on character motivation.
