Welcome back to our 2022-2023 school year! I’m so excited for this new year! I’ll do everything I can to connect you to those just right books!

Here’s just a little bit about me.

I am a Helena native and graduated from Helena High School ~ Go Bengals!

I spent 4 years in Virginia with my husband who was in the Coast Guard. We came back to Montana as fast as we could! We have 3 children and 4 grandchildren who all live in Helena.

I graduated from Carroll College in 2006 and was lucky to teach 4th and 5th grades at Jim Darcy. In 2015 I was fortunate to join Smith School as librarian. I got my School Library Media endorsement in 2017 with the honor of Outstanding Graduating Graduate from Montana State University.

Some of my favorites:

Hobbies: Reading (of course), camping, traveling, and crocheting

Food: Chocolate!        Colors: Red and Purple

Books: Harry Potter series, Nancy Drew mysteries, The Orphan Train, Sounds of Home, West with Giraffes, and so many more!
