Unit #3 Aerodynamics CO2 car

Unit #3 Welding.
- Introduction to Wire Feed Welding.
- Introduction to Plasma Cutting.
- Take home Project – Design and build a small metal Flower.
Unit #4 Framing Notes/Framing Walls
- Studs, doors, windows and wall layout procedures.
- Draw your assigned wall to scale.
- Project – Class will put their walls together to make a chicken coop
Unit #5 Electrical Wiring
- Theory of electricity.
- Basic electrical house wiring.
- Project – Wire 4 different assigned electrical circuits and install in the chicken coop.
Unit #6 Bridge Engineering and Construction
- Types of Bridges. Bridge Stresses and Loads.
- Project – Design and build a Bridge.
- Bridge stress test – all Bridges are tested for maximum strength.
Unit #7 CAD – Computer Aided Design.
- Intro to CAD.
- Take Home Project – light switch cover.

- CAD Practice.
