Heather Ditch

Welcome Bruin parents, and students!

I am Heather Ditch, one of the Visual Design teachers as well as the Unified Art teacher here at Capital High School. I have been teaching art for ten years, and this will be my fifth year as a Bruin. I absolutely love teaching art, however, I also really enjoy the opportunity to get to know all of the students in a creative capacity the most. I have attached the class syllabi and other information that may be helpful for you and your student such as classroom expectations. These are documents that we have covered in class as well as each student has access to them in Teams. Visual Design does have a class fee due to the costly nature of the materials used, and each student is required to have a sketch book either from me, or one they choose to bring in.
