Welcome! I’m Mr. Cicero, I am a 5th-grade teacher for the 25-26 school year. This is my 12th year teaching and my 5th year at Central. I grew up in Billings and went to college at Carroll. I enjoy sports, technology, retro video games and coaching football at Helena High.
