Welcome to Helena High School and Reading Lab!

Reading Lab is designed to directly address individual needs for students to help them gain the tools to increase reading comprehension and writing skills. Reading Lab students will utilize the intensive reading intervention program Read 180. Read 180 curriculum utilizes adaptive and instructional software, high-interest literature, and direct instruction in reading and writing skills. We will also employ a variety of supplemental novels and activities throughout the semester to enhance the Read 180 curriculum.
