Melissa Romano-Lehman

Welcome to the 2021-22 School Year.  This school year marks my 17th year as an educator.  I’m excited to be working as an Instructional Coach at Rossiter Elementary School.  Teaching is a very complex craft and I’m incredibly lucky to work with amazing educator colleagues who simultaneously develop curriculum, become content experts, and are mentors and motivators. In my work as an Instructional Coach, I support the many roles educators carry out on a daily basis. Every day is a great day because I am able to work with teachers to enhance, support, and or change instruction to increase student achievement.
