Seventh Grade Intro to Math Norms
Welcome to 7th grade!
The first 3 weeks we dive into the 8 math practices and computational thinking. With these practices, students will be able to solve any problem that they face. The kids will then create their own algorithms and rules for math. For example, we will play the game of poison/nim. After playing the game and analyzing the patters, the students will relearn and understand the concept of multiples and factors.
